Our purpose built workshop has been specifically designed to
cater for final drive and travel motor overhaul and repair. Our
trained and experienced staff understand all aspects of the
specialised procedures involved and work towards the ISO9001
standard of excellence.
We have the only dedicated final drive repair facility in Europe
and have vast experience in the overhaul and repair of drives from a
wide range manufacturers.

A typical overhaul procedure in our workshop:
- Initial de-grease and clean
- Tear-down gearbox and hydraulic motor
- Clean internal components
- Inspection and assessment
- Log findings and report to customer
- Thorough clean and final inspection
- Collate all new parts required
- Lap in and polish hydraulic components
- Rebuild sub assemblies
- Final assembly
- Testing and evaluation
- Internal report
- Final clean and paint
